Mako raced 58 races at Derby Lane in FL in 2017 and 2018. She retired on May 11th of 2018 and was placed by an adoption group in Colorado around that time.She has been in an adoptive home since then. Her owner has moved to our area and has asked us to help re-homing her. His work schedule has changed and he is traveling a lot and is unable to care for a dog. She is not being returned for any behavioral issue. She is good with small dogs and children, but has never been around cats as far as he knows. We will cat test her before she is placed and we will have our vet make sure she is up to date on anything she needs medically. Mako will turn 6 on September 26th. Her sire is the famous SH Avatar and her dam is LK's Caprica. Mako raced at 60lbs. More as we get to know her.
