Additional Details:

Judith just arrived from a farm in Arkansas. She had a long career as a racer with 151 races. She started out at Wheeling in WV and then was moved to Tri-State, also in WV. She raced the top A and AA levels most of her career at Tri State and was quite the star winning a lot of races. When she retired from racing in December of 2013 she went back to the farm to be a mom. Judith had one litter of 7 puppies in May of 2015. She did not pass on her talent to her kids and that litter has already retired from racing and some never raced at all. Judith may have had other litters that haven't been registered yet, since then. Judith is a fuzzy black female that still has her thick farm coat from spending a lot of time outside. It is sun bleached so she will look chocolate brown until it all sheds out and then will be glossy black with a normal short greyhound coat. Judith raced at 62lbs. Her sire is the famous Lonesome Cry and her dam is Shelbourne Jess*. She turned 9 on January 1st and she raced at 62lbs. Judith is a friendly, happy girl that took her trip from the farm to her foster home in stride. She traveled well and just got into the vehicle and laid down. She wasn't nervous walking on shiny floors or going up and down stairs. She seems pretty easy going and not much stresses her. She passed her cat and small dog tests and likes people. She got along well with the other females on the trip. More as we get to know her.
