Bunny is a young 7 month old puppy that broke one of her legs while playing with her littermates. Her owners asked us to take her after surgery to plate the leg. She came through surgery fine and was transported to our group. She is healing well and is expected to make a full recovery. Bunny's sire is Kiowa Mon Manny and her dam is TDS Molly. We don't typically get very many greyhound puppies so this is a rare chance to get one. They are much different than the calm retired racers. Like any puppy they need supervision, training and plenty of exercise. As soon as she is healed and well enough to run around again she will need a fenced yard to play in. Bunny enjoys playing with a small dog in her foster home and loves children so should do well in a home with either.

Bunny was adopted by the Lyda Family of Easley 4/16/14. She was found dead in her yard of unknown causes in 2018. Another greyhound in the same home was relinquished to us a year later with heartworms that hadn't been treated. That could have been the cause of her death at such a young age.
