Buzzy is a retired brood that just came in from a farm in Arkansas. She retired from racing in November of 2013. She has 4 litters of puppies in 2015, 2016 and 2017 for a total of 18 pups. Buzzy raced at Daytona Beach, Southland and Orange park race tracks. She wasn't very good, only winning 10 of her 86 races. She mainly raced at the lower levels. She has an excellent bloodline. Her sire is the very famous Oshkosh Slammer and her dam is Bonex. Buzzy turned 9 on July 17th. She raced at 60lbs. Buzzy is a calm sweet lady. Buzzy passed her cat and small dog tests and seemed to like kids too. She was calm and seemed to like to travel and go for rides. She is great with all the other greyhounds in her foster home too. She seems like the perfect girl. Because of her senior status Buzzy qualifies for our reduced adoption donation of $250.
