Briley was a blue brindle female that was born on 4/18/08. Her sire was Famous and her dam was Jade Treasure. She raced 25 races at JCKC and one at Southland. She only won one race so was retired young. Briley's last race was March 31st 2011. There was a reason that she couldn't run well, she had a tumor that was growing in her that couldn't be seen. Briley appeared to be fine when she was sent to the track adoption kennel. She was supposed to arrive from the track Friday night June 10th, 2011. The morning she was supposed to be transported to our group she became very ill and was rushed to the vet. She was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor and had to be put to sleep to avoid unnecessary suffering. The Ng family of Columbia wanted Briley to have a forever family even though they never actually got to meet her so decided to do a Memorial Adoption.
