Night is a tiny little girl that came in from the Daytona Race Track in Fl with her sister Day. She raced at just 52lbs. Night and Day are in separate foster homes and are are fine being placed separately. Night started racing at Derby Lane but only raced a few races there. Most of her 48 races were in Daytona. She only won 2 of those races, so was retired young. She just turned 2 on December 11th. Night passed her cat and small dog tests very easily so should be able to live with cats or small dogs. She was interested in a very timid cat that would run away from her so would probably do better with a confident cat that stood its ground though. She is used to being around the children of her racing trainer ages 5 to 12 and likes kids. She is a curious, playful, little girl that is very friendly and has never met a stranger. She is very happy and excitable and her foster home is working on her leash skills since she wants to check out everything on walks. Night is a talker and will answer you with a cute little roo roo if you talk to her and get her excited. She is very confident and comfortable in any situation. She was relaxed and laying on her back with her feet in the air within 24 hours of being in a house the first time. She was fostered in a home with cats, small dogs and kids. Her sire is Bonafide Top Dog and her dam is RC Mystic Nugget. Since she is a pretty confident girl she is likely to want to be the top dog in a pack, so would need to be placed with more submissive dogs that would be OK with that. She can be a bit bossy with the other dogs in her foster home and her foster mom has been working on that. She is getting much better. She loves water and tried to go swimming in the pool.
