New Year, Awesome News!!

January 13, 2013- ALL registrations are OPEN! Vendors, Adoption Groups, and Ad requests are now open and running!  The new dates are September 26-29, 2013. Registration is REQUIRED in order to request a room at the host hotel-- See below under "Register for BBH13".

 

Register for BBH 13:

Registration is required of each family in order to participate in the week-end events. An emailed confirmation will be forwarded as soon as registrations are received including the information necessary to reserve rooms at the Sea Mist.

A)  You will need the BBH13 Registration Form (registrations accepted until BBH, but we encourage you to register as soon as possible to make certain you have a room in the main building)

B)  You will also want to read the Dinner Explanation of goodies we've added to the registration process.

 

Participate as a Vendor:

In addition to registering (above), you will need the BBH13 Vendor Information Sheet AND the BBH13 Vendor Registration Form

We also suggest the Business Projects List - you'll be surprised at all the ways you can participate!

Run Souvenir Program Ads:

Bigger and better every year! Be a part of the annual sourvenir book by purchasing a space in the advertising section. This is open to BBH vendors, local business, adoption groups, other events, and even personal messages like recognitions and memorials!

You will need to use the BBH13 Advertising Form to participate in our annual book.

Deadline for ad submission is Saturday, August 31!

 

Participate as a Greyhound Adoption Group:

A few spaces are available without charge for limited time slots in order to help groups out with their own fundraising. Room will be offered on a first-come basis until the floor is filled. We also have other fundraising options for Adoption Groups - contact us for more information!

A)  You will need to start with the BBH 13 Registration Form for your attending members (registrations accepted until BBH)

B)  You will also want to read the Dinner Explanation of goodies we've added to the registration process.

C)  Then you will use the Vendor Registration Form for more information. (registrations accepted until BBH).

Group Participation will be open until BBH, as long as space remains available.

Order Souvenir T-Shirts: (Shirt orders not open yet for 2013)

You will need the BBH13 Shirts order form.  Orders must be received by September 10, 2013.

 

Submit nominations for King and Queen:  (Nominations not open yet for 2013)

You will need the BBH13 Royalty Form.  Deadline is Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at midnight.
