New Year, Awesome News!!

October 22 - Our dates are official! BBH10 will be September 23-26, 2010.

October 24 - Hotel is confirmed and reservations are open. Be sure to read the Sea Mist Information Page and fill out the Registration Form before calling the Sea Mist!

November 1 - Registrations are rolling! We processed more than 30 families in the first week!

April 28 - Opps, we haven't updated in awhile! The majority of our main building at the Sea Mist is already booked. We're encouraging everyone to register as soon as you can to lock in your room. Vendor registration is open and we already have some new vendors that have never attended before. This is going to be a great year!

May 4 - The theme has been decided! How well do you know your TV Game Shows? Expect to see fun from Wheel of Fortune, Let's Make a Deal, the Price is Right, and maybe even Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Brush up on your Greyhound Trivia!!

August 2- The Marketplace only has two available booths at this time. We're almost full!

August 8- Holy Cow, we're a month and a half away! Where did the time go?? Our final workshop will be held in two weeks and your BBH staff has some awesome surprises for everyone. We have a number of new vendors attending this year along with some wonderful hands-on workshops we've never had a chance to offer before. The shirt orders will begin any day, and the final (reasonably firm anyway) agenda will be ready for posted right after the workshop. Soon now!

August 10- The deadline has passed for participating in the sponsorship cups, but we have another couple weeks to accept ad requests for the program book. If you're interested let us know right away please!

August 12- Shirt Orders are OPEN! Scroll down to the bottom of this page to open and print your form.

Register for BBH 10:

Registration is required of each family in order to participate in the week-end events. An emailed confirmation will be forwarded as soon as registrations are received including the information necessary to reserve rooms at the Sea Mist.

You will need the BBH 10 Registration Form (registrations accepted until BBH, but we encourage you to register as soon as possible to make certain you have a room in the main building)

 

Participate as a Vendor:

You will need the Vendor Information Sheet AND the Vendor Registration Form

We also suggest the Business Projects List - you'll be surprised at all the ways you can participate!

Vendor Registration is still open as of August 10, but there are only two spaces still available.

 

Run Souvenir Program Ads:

Bigger and better every year! Be a part of the annual sourvenir book by purchasing a space in the advertising section. This is open to BBH vendors, local business, adoption groups, other events, and even personal messages like recognitions and memorials!

You will need to use the BBH10 Advertising Form to participate in our annual book.

Deadline for ad submission is Wednesday, August 25th!

 

 

Participate as a Greyhound Adoption Group:

Spaces are available without charge to adoption Groups during the Wellness Spa. Room will be offered on a first-come basis until the floor is filled. We also have other fundraising options for Adoption Groups - contact us for more information!

You will need to start with the BBH 10 Registration Form for your attending members (registrations accepted until BBH)

Then you will use the Vendor Registration Form for more information. (registrations accepted until BBH).

Group Participation will be open until BBH, as long as space remains available.
